Hemi fuel pump [Archive] - For E Bodies Only

Hi Guys

2 years ago I dropped the 426 hemi out of my Cuda. Just put it back in today and I can't remember which inlet on the mechanical fuel pump the fuel line from the gas tank goes to.

The inlet on the pump that is closer to the front of the car points straight down and the inlet just behind it is at a 90 degree angle. Any help would be much appreciated.

I Just registered on this site 5 minutes ago. I believe that the the inlet from the supply side or tank is the one towards the rear of the engine and the feed is on the radiator side. Verify this for yourself first.
To be sure for your own peace of mind, google a photo of the engine installed and get a close up or zoom in on it.

I agree the one to the rear should be the inlet side
