Turns out, was install issue. You have to start from bottom corners, then fold the top over. My guy's been doing interior for 60+ yrs and did my 69 dart vert too. Didn't think he'd have any issues...

Anyone know if the dash mounted light next to ashtray is part of C15? My gran coupe vert has it, but seat belts were removed at some point. Thx guys
