1970 Dodge Challenger tire size

Purchasing a 1970 Dodge Challenger this weekend and has some real bad rims on it I'm going to buy the rallies what's the biggest size Railey I can put in the back and in the front without rubbing

It will depend on the width and the offset of the rims that you buy. If you get 15x7" with the stock offset, you can use 235/60-15" on the front and 255/60-15" on the rear. Any larger tire may or may not fit with out rubbing.

Is the offset make it go in or out not sure what offset is .just want to put something nice and wide on the back something nice upfront stock really Mopar wheels thanks for the info

Well, it has been awhile since I was dumb enough to double post but here it is folks!

Use the 255 on the 15x8 rallye rim offered by Summit Racing on the rear. It will let the tire lay out flatter and look wider.
