727 rebuild kit recommendation?

hey guys this weekend i intend on getting a rebuild kit for my big block 727, so i have a few questions.
1. what brand/kit would you guys recommend to go behind a mild 440 that will see tons of abuse on the track and also see as many street miles as i can hope to put on it?
2. i also want to get a new manual valve body to put in it along with the rebuild, what would you guys recommend for that?
