Exhaust Manifolds

A friend of mine is trying to sell me what he believes are rare HP exhaust manifolds for a 440, can someone decode these for me so I can show him they are not what he thinks...

Left284399-2

I found a link that showed me what I think I wanted to know, the right side number he gave me wrong but close...
R= Is 2806900...... the left side is correct number
Left side = 2843992
the chart shows these being 1968 - 1969 High Performance manifolds but bot associated with any body line of cars...what car would these have made for?

The book I have shows:
LH 2843992 for 68-69 B body HP 383 and 440
RH 2806900 for 68-69 B & C body HP 383 and 440, and for 67 B & C body HP 440
They are not rare.

mymopar.com has casting numbers and dates etc. for motors, intakes, manifolds, heads. Great resource.
