Just to mention it, if you found one sheet in the front seat there is still a good chance for another in the rear seat or elsewhere in the car.
Make high resolution copies of the sheet and put a new sheet back into each seat in the car. Under the carpet and taped to the back of the glove box...
That's funny. Newbies to the forums.
Welcome, Both of ya.
@dodgedream What was your name over on the ole CC board?
That site crashed this year. Was still functional until a few months ago. Not that anyone posts on there. Everyone migrated over to ebodies.org. And a few over...
That is awesome! Not that common to find either.
Looks like it had a white vinyl top with a v6w white horizontal stripe.
I think it calls out road wheels as well.
Lots of other information about the car on this sheet.
You can have a new fender tag made correctly with this sheet.
SPD or...
I read a story on the forums of a guy that was daily driving a car similar to this. He decided to restore it and found the fender tag up in the dash where it had slid down and been lost. Changed his direction with the car when he found that.
Finally!
I was wondering if we were gonna get some dusty pics of this car!
It looks like an emerald coming out of the dark! bling bling!!
That should shine up nice!! Even the vinyl top looks good enough to clean.
I agree again. 35K. And that would be the lower end.
Or spit shine it and rock it down the street. Woulda maybe been a low budget clean up for a good running beater car.
Yeah, I agree. I can smell the mice through the pictures.
It does appear decent through the pictures until I enlarge them and really comb through the parts.
I'm assuming this car at auction went for about 10K.
I assume this price as there was a barracuda at an auction that had the M46...

It appears the hood was clear coated and is now peeling? Or is that aftermarket fiberglass, white, showing through?
Apparently missing it's vin tag on the dash.
Unfortunate that left drivers side dash is kinda bungled up as it has no cracks in...
@EW1BH27
Thanks for the distinctions. I was unaware Challenger had it's own L31.
@Coco47
Bump for the sale.
Don't see many of these L31's being offered in NOS packaging.
Was just kinda correcting without calling a man out. It's all good.
As I understand it, B bodies have the vin stamp on the deck lid rail.
Do A bodies? Or C bodies? I've not heard that so I think not.
Search your vin on duckduckgo and then try google.
Go to the Hamtramck registry and find the lost and found page for your year. search your vin there and you Could get lucky.
Search each mopar site with your vin.
Posting your vin will also create a pathway to your post for anyone else who...
Got any pictures to share yet?
I might be interested in the hood if it's a t/a hood. Or was it written that the hood has t/a badges on it?
So many questions.
Probably in his tool box or hanging on the garage wall.
At least you got a "good luck" with the sale!!
Keep us posted , can't wait to see it all cleaned up!
Sweet score! Great looking car, especially for the east coast.
I see it's fender tag is no longer with it.
Did you get box's of parts with the car?
Does it retain it's broadcast sheet, since it is in such great shape I would assume yes. The brother had obviously taken good care of the ride.
