Even though my wires is old and brittle looking? Yeah I get it, trust me I'm really not in the position to buy a new wiring kit. Specially I found out it cost like $2500 to install.
As far as cleaning and repairing my existing wires. How do I exactly do it?
In addition to what we already have discussed. After purchasing a new 60 amp alternator(from before) and new battery(from before) this is what happens when I try to start my car.

So do you think after doing all this, my 60 amp alternator would run my car including sub woofers with no problem? I shouldn't experience my radio cutting off? Headlights dimming and most importantly my car dying out at the light or stop signs at night?
Reason I ask, if my current alternator is...
Thank you very much for responding. I need this kind of info, I been dealing with this issue for so long and it just got worse. First people suggested I buy a new battery but it still happened, then said I should buy a new alternator and it still happened. My car car would start showing signs of...
Within the last few months the electrical on my car has started to diminish. First I noticed the radio would cut out, out of no where. Then at night my head lights would be really weak, so I purchased a new battery. Still my radio would cut off, head lights at night would be weak and eventually...
I noticed within the last few months first my radio would just turn off at while sitting at a red light other then that everything seemed fine once I turn it back on. Then I noticed my subwoofers(two 10's) would cut off after (A) I would come to a stop and (B) if I was driving at night and turn...
In LA this Mopar mechanic checked it and couldn’t find an issue as misfiring. He even said he took the heads off to look deeper into it and couldn’t find anything.
This is how it sounds and you can see it shake
First off just heads up pretty new to all this. I owned my 70 Challenger for only 2 years, so I’m still learning.
With that said heres whats going on. Theres definitely something wrong with my engine everyone saying its a leak. Plus it shakes pretty bad(hard).
How much would this leak cost...
Yes it does do it in neutral actually. I had it check for internal and was told it looked our and it wasn’t internal but who knows at this point ya know. Heres a video from earlier today.
I have a 1970 Challenger with a 360 engine swap. Currently theres a real loud ticking sound and the engine shakes.
I change the headers already and checked the spark plugs. Last mechanic took the heads off to inspect it but couldn’t find anything.
Anyone dealt with this issue before? Or heard...
Right on! Thank you for responding. Yea its been a few months and now really thinking about the next move. Which is do the 340 or go fuel injected and get a Gun 3 Hemi. But many people are telling me I will have to change so much if I decide to go the Hemi route which I'm actually willing to.
