I’m doing this same swap in my ‘Cuda. Did you have Bill at RMS move the motor mount’s forward an inch to help the clearance of the HP90 transmission, or are you going to work the tunnel a bit? Have you decided on a wiring harness yet?
I haven’t installed them yet, but I got a set of these. I feel the same way about the shoulder harness and find myself not using it. Stupid, right? I can install them this week if you want an honest opinion on them.

I have a VA non ralley AC switch setup and bezel you can have. I also have a small block compressor and bracket you can get from me cheap. All brand new and in the box. I’ll get some pictures if you want more info on them.
This is all I had to grind off. I am using the RMS front setup with the motor mounts moved one inch forward though. You can also see in the picture that my breather got crushed. It is right on the floor pan/fire wall seam so I had to flatten it a bit.
Not sure why I missed that you replied to me. You only have to move the motor mounts one inch forward. You will have plenty of room. I have the RMS with it moved 1 inch forward when they made it. Give them a call and they will give you the mounting location to weld. Tell them what you are doing...
All you gotta do is get the Holley trans mounts and slightly bend back one small area on the floorpan/ firewall pinch weld in a very small area for the transmission breather as far as body mods.
Grind off the following castings circled in red on the trans case and it’ll slide right in.

You don’t need the bumper brackets from a 72 to move the bumper closer to the body. The holes are actually there already. Just unbolt the bumper brackets and slide them in the next hole back. On the rear you can remove the big bumper fillers too.
