Hello,
Did you end up working something out and buying this car?
If you did, I do have 2 outboard carbs for Six Pac that are dated for 69.
If you did not, do you want to sell your early 70 six pac motor?
Please let me know.
Hi Leo, and welcome to the forum.
Nice car!! What a shame with the fire and all. I have a few things that can help you get this car going:
1) original rust free trunk lid, already primed and ready for paint.
2) complete set of original taillight and reverse light bezels. I also have a...
I use some kind of honey leather conditioner. It’s the best stuff without feeling greasy. Kind of expensive though. Do you know how much the best dash replacements cost. I think Just Dashes is supposed to be the best one.
Yeah, I don't really know. Honestly, I haven't seen one anywhere. As long as I can buy a non AC dash that is in good shape, I'll sell mine for similar price. I just can't sell this until I find the one i need. I would almost rather use this one, even though my car is not an AC car.
I'm looking for the long rectangular brackets that the above parts bolt to.
Mine is a 70 Challenger, I think the brackets I'm looking for are common for many years.
Thanks,
Hello,
I do have a very nice 3 speaker AC dash. Still on the frame with glove box and ash tray.
Would like to trade for a similar non AC dash, do you have one?
Hello,
Looking for the 2 brackets that connects the sway bar assembly to the K member. These are 2 rectangular steel (kinda thick) brackets with a bunch of holes.
Let me know if you have these parts and want to sell or trade.
Thanks!!!
Hello, looking for an OEM 1970 Challenger dash pad non AC.
Willing to buy or trade with a REALLY NICE 1970 dash pad with AC.
I need a NON AC dash pad. Any color.
This AC dash (shown) is absolutely beautiful. Had in garage for decades. NO CRACKS.
Hey guys, I'm new here. I cannot find the Cuda - Challenger For Sale section. I looked everywhere in the home section, doesnt show up. Do I need to turn something on?? Confused.
Hey guys, wanted to post a little progress. Got the hood and deck lid mounted and cleaned up a bit. Saga continues. Going to start lining up engine/trans/K member assembly.
Thanks! At the moment, I am looking to have some hardware restored/refinished.
hood latch, trunk latch, wiper linkage, and blower motor. Appreciate any leads, I live in Thousand Oaks.
Thanks, that's pretty much what I did. I used the 1970 spindles, brake booster, and pedal linkage. Then just ordered 1 piece replacement rotors and calipers.
You're right, the 2 piece rotors are too hard to find, and my car didnt come with discs anyway. At any rate, need to be safe and able...
Thank you, great to meet you all!!
I had my car since High School, painted it blue, then painted it red. But now, it's all going back to original.
The car is a 440 Six pack with a 4 speed.
It's a low optioned car: manual drums and manual steering. I am up grading to power discs from a 70 RTSE...
Hello all,
This is Bobby T from Thousand Oaks, CA. Originally from Detroit, MI where I bought my 70 Challenger back in 1981. Finally, I am in process of giving it the restoration it deserves. The car helped get me my job at Chrysler, now I retired and will attempt to make the car look like it...
