    What you think ????

I've got a black Challenger of my own, but then it came as a black car; but I like the gold with a black vinyl roof. However, as said, unless you're rolling in dough or are self capable, I'd wait until the car needed to be painted first.

    Modern battery operated tools

I started with DeWalt and went to Rigid, because my buddies who worked with them all day swore by, versus at, them and Rigid's offering a lifetime warranty on both tools and batteries cinched the deal. My boys gave me the 1/2" impact and it has 3 torque settings, with the top one able to twist...

    Tail lights not working help

That's damn good advice. The FSM has dozens of pages of wiring schematics that show every circuit in the car. Don't ignore the chance that all the bulbs are bad and don't ask me how I know that, either. ;)

    Help on engine selection

Welcome to to the site and congrats on getting that deep into the body work! I also like the "double cross-peen hammer" lying on the floor in pic 1080. LOL Going to be a great car when you get done, for sure!

Looking for the ashtray that goes in the upper rear of the console. Is there a radio antenna complete out there as well as a dash reverse light? Thx for looking.

Please Help freeze plug popped out do to block freezing

Was this fixed by the old drill and thread a hole, thread in a plug, cut it off and drill into it's side repeating the process until you do the whole crack method? If so, that's really old school machine shop work and I've seen it done a few times. It seems to work pretty well. Just don't...

    Lft door tinted glass

Looking for a decent tinted drivers door glass for my 74 Challenger and finding one within a couple of hours driving from Cambridge, Ontario would be a great bonus. I have a clear one to trade if that works for anyone or I'll just simply pay for one. Thx for a reply!

Sad Day for a 71 Challenger Convertible

It'd have to be cheap, because that's a heavy hit and there's lots to replace/repair there with none of it being cheap.

Engine compartment / frame paint question

I used the spray on duraguard and shot the rails complete except for the top surface which is easy to mask off. The firewall got shot up to the seam where the floor and firewall meet. Hope that helps.

    two 73 challengers for sale

"I have seen the cars an they are worth the asking price"- maybe you have; but no one else here has. If they're as nice as you say, put some pics up and I'm sure they'll move.

    1970 Dodge Challenger 383 4 numbers matching JH23N

Is it just me, or does anyone else think this car may have gone for a swim- in salt water? There's just too much rust in the damndest places- like the ash tray and rad cap. Caveat emptor laddies! Just my 2 cents worth.
