    New York trip

Im flying out from England end of next week for 4 days in New York, where do I go to get my Mopar & Classic muscle car fix while I'm there? It's a free trip provided by a manufacturer I buy from, staying in a lovely hotel at the end of Central Park,, there will be loads of typical tourist trips...

    K members

Good advice getting all the seams welded up, and checking the reinforcing plates at the LCA pivots and strut rod anchors, I've had a K member fail horribly at the LCA pivot tube on one side.

    440 - Best Intake & Carb???

Thats a good plan for the time being, stick a proper sized carb on there & spend some time tuning it. They are easy carbs to tune, have excellent road manners, get an Edelbrock tuning kit, only about $40, invaluable for getting it set up nice. Get yourself a decent AFR gauge installed & invest...

What shocks are you running ?

Actually I'm with Moparleo all the way here, it all depends on what you want out of your car. I used KYB's about 25 years ago and found them perfectly good, they lasted very well too, but when I wanted my Chally to turn like an English car I slapped on QA1's all round. Expensive, a little stiff...

    Brakes????

Yep my moneys on a collapsed hose, replace em all anyway, replace all the fluid, new rear wheel cylinder seals. Bleed the M/C properly too. Should have a nice strong pedal then. Don't expect too much tho, 40 something year old 11" discs aren't anything to shout about!

    looking for a 440 m1 intake

Sorry, it's not for your Challenger.........

Nice work, a very stout streetable package. Did you dyno test a single plane on there at the same time?

    looking for a 440 m1 intake

Have you ruled out the Eddy Victor? Probably a better single plane manifold then the M1, although it is very tall.

    will this set up work

Yeah it'll be fine. I run the same size fronts and 18X9 rears with 285/45 on my 72 and it's perfect.

    Interchangable Switches

Mainly yes but sometimes, like wiper switches, not always. Not because the actual switch is any different but the Rallye dash probably would have been in a better specced car and most likely had 3 speed wipers not 2 speed, hence different switch and wiring.

    wiring help

My guess is carb solenoid, but i have to agree with the others, get yourself a really good wiring diagram. Just load one of the internet, theres some really clear easy to follow ones out there Theres also some crap :)

    Richmod OD trans

Yeah I agree with ChrycoPsycho talk to Jamie Passon. I'm gonna use one of his 5sp boxes on my 500" stroker later this year. I much prefer his solution than the Tremec/Keisler option.

    6 Pak Carb Rebuild

When these firms do a full restoration on carbs do they jet and set idle circuits, boosters etc to factory specs or do they compensate for modern fuel blends and more aggresive spark timing? i've still got a complete '71 SixPack induction for my RB and I was going to use ProMax billet...
