What condition is the knobs and light switch and do they work. Thanks

The headlight switch does move, the dimmer and wiper switch are froze I guess, I can't turn them. I can't say any of them work, I picked up a few cuda parts from a lady who's husband passed away, they were cleaning the shed out and I bought all the Mopar stuff.
