I cant seem to find the wires going to these terminals on the fuse block. I know theyre supposed to be red and black. Any ideas on where they are on the harness under the dash?

Red connects to the BATTERY power strip (Q3-12R) and Black connects to the ACCESSORY power strip (Q2A-12BK).

No. They are power taps. The battery terminal will be hot all of the time and the accessory terminal will be powered on when the key is on. They are here to use for any accessories that you may want to add to the electrical system.
You need to do a major clean up job on all of your connections and then seal up with dielectric grease. Might also replace the fuses with new ones just in case.
