I know there were different designs throughout the years and have seen single and dual spring combos. I'm removing the Holley and mounting a new AVS2 and want to put the appropriate return spring on. The hardware store crap that is on there now is less than optimal, the pedal feel is bad and the spring body hangs on the linkage. SO, what would be a good, reasonably priced spring for my new carb? Not paying Mancini $30 for a spring and a bracket, and I dont need a bracket. Don't care if it is numbers correct, just want it to work correctly and reliably. Proper trans kickdown spring might not be a bad idea either? 73 Cuda, 340 ci, 727 Auto.

Haven't been a fan of Y1 but they do have a good selection. I think that should do as long as the shipping stays within reason. Recon the MRS61 for a 340 4v should do.
