Had a local body shop put new door skins on my 73 Challenger doors. They removed the windows because we were going to move them to a second set, but that has changed. when they removed them, they took no effort to save the internal window parts.

What internal parts do I need for the door windows on my Challenger? Thanks....

Wait a minute, they just tossed your parts??? Regulators and all? Without your permission? That’s :bs_flag:!
I probably have regulators and maybe the tracks but I’d have to check. Do you have a factory service manual set for the car because that would be helpful and I think I have that too.
You should come up to the swap meet in the Detroit area this Sunday. Whatever I don’t have you might find there.

The best thing would be to get 2 more doors to use as parts. This way you can see how everything goes together.

The parts they "lost" were the parts that attach the window glass to the doors. All other pieces internal were left. I just need the parts that attach to the glass (sorry I wasn't clear as glass). Thanks.

That makes it easier. I thought you were left with door shells.

For the glass track plates that RJH suggested, you should get new hardened paper gaskets for the plates and for the attaching nuts and bolts. He also carries other items.
You can get them from Detroit Muscle Technologies.com.

This may also help you as a guide.
Mine is a 71.
Checkout a 73 parts manual, as there may be slight differences as the rollers and fuzzies.

The other 2 pictures didn't load. Will try again soon.

BuckeyeCuda, very welcome!
I've tried so many times to no avail. I can't seem to upload pictures from my manuals (with in my download folder) to include into the post ?! I had 2 images show up on my end then hit "post reply" and saw they were not included within my post reply ? Used phone to take pics of my computer screen loaded those directly to my computer , and here they are.
Hope this helps you out.

Here's some pictures , hope they help. 1st picture is basically the main guts, front / rear tracks, regulator.one horizontal bar that attaches to the window at one end and the glass to track adapter at the other .2nd is two roller slides , they attach to the windows and run in the front track. 3rd is to window guides (outside) that mount to the old skins that were cut off, 2 per door needed.4th isthe inside guides for the glass. Not sure which style 73 had. And last is the glass up stops that needed 2 Per door. Hope this helps.

Last year you said that you have these parts. I am trying to get the doors back together and the windows into the Challenger. Do you still have these parts (especially for the Drivers side door? I need one to get my door window back together. Thanks. Larry
