Live with the Panther Pink, fix the stuff to make the car mechanically sound, correct the body issues and paint later on. Sounds like a good plan.

If I’m reading the date code properly - this is from the 80’s? Tranny must have been replaced at some point

Looks to be an aluminum cased overdrive unit.
