I have them taped together in the picture been like that for 35 years since I took them off the car in the junkyard... But they’re in good shape

They look like they were made purposely to fit the Challenger door not like somebody bent an aftermarket one to fit

Broadcast sheet would only list factory offered assembly line items. These would be dealer installed if they were even available from the dealer that sold them. Dealers used and still use locally sourced aftermarket items today. Just look in their parts department ares, all kinds of aftermarket items.

They would most likely be an aftermarket dealer item. Items like this would not be options. Like getting floor mats. Not a collectable. Nice to protect the door edges though.
I will have to disagree with you Leo on this one. For '71 on Challengers they were offered as an option, sales code M05 door edge mouldings.
