Need little help here,
Should I use any special glue on new new face plate on cluster housing?

I would use rubber cement. I used Elmers Rubber Cement.
It came in a small bottle with it's own application brush.

Here are my result,came out fine,expect odometer set pin is touching faceplate.
Maybe that normal,what do you think.

I have also 70 board and I will buying that faceplate from Performance Car Graphics.
They come ready and pre bended plate clued on.
I hope they are top quality.

Detroit muscle has nice overlays and they suggest 100% silicone but you should be ok with other adhesive. Looks good!

One tip to folks bending these. I just did mine and you really only get one shot. So for practice, I took my old one and flattened it back out using a hammer. Then I re-bent it. Did this about three times learning exactly the right spot and bend angle so that it aligned perfectly with gauge openings. Then when I did my new one it was spot on and layed flat. Didn't need to tape it. I used a few spots of contact cement behind it before bending the clips, more for peace of mind than anything else.
