1970 Challenger A66 Restoration Video on Utube "Jacks Challenger"
Came across a video on a 70 Challenger restoration. Upon observing initial pictures; it looks to be a plum crazy, A66 Challenger (no wheel well trim and 340 hood emblem)
I am just checking it out!

JH23H0B232238, we have a winner! Or an A66 at least!
He's a member on .org, recognize the vintage pics...

Maybe a 9 as last digit, I paused on it, not too clear... I was mistaken, it's not the one I thought at first, that one was orange...

Found an interesting video of a 1970 A66 Challenger in hemi-orange and black bumble stripe. Anyone know this car? Posted February 2012

Figured I would add some pictures of mine. Not a stock resto since the original drive train was long gone.

Thanks. It was a lot of work to clear the tunnel ram. Stretched the hood opening and scoop length 3", raised the scoop 4-1/2" and opened up the nostrils 2-1/2" taller. The base Dzus slide lock fastens to the engine on tubular mounts I made. Then the scoop slide lock fastens to the base. All goes on and comes off in like 10 seconds and still functions like the stock shaker. Painting it all today as a matter of fact.

Can appreciate the "engineering" that went into the creation of the bubble

Thanks. We were able to get the bottom side of the hood, bubble and base painted today. Top side of the hood next weekend.

Matt, I think black on a Challenger is the best looking combination with a white bumble stripe. JMO
Your old A66 sure looked good. I would have loved to have owned it myself!
