Dah!! Didn't know that what they call that rubber/vinyl stripping..wind lace!! Ordered a few feet to use in the place of clamps!! Great idea Marty !!

Here's the finished product. Tight as a drum using the wind lace. The wrinkle's and fold line's disappeared after a few day's so there was no reason to use a hair dryer/heat gun or steamer. Use tin snip's to cut the wind lace.
