Finished removing old undercoat and seam sealer in the rear wheel wells.
Anyone have a recommendation for brand/type of sealer for this area?

I have used 3M Heavy Drip-Check Sealer #08531. "Paintable, fast drying, flexible rubber base material that seals small cracks and other openings, such as drip rails, molding, cowling and welded seams. Heavy consistency makes this sealer especially suitable for verticle seams." Off-White in color.
