How do you remove the 2 3/4" window trim

How do you remove the 2 3/4" front window trim on a 1970 Barracuda convertible? I've removed all 7 screws but it is not any looser. Is there hidden clips and if so how do you detach it from them.

It's glued on in spots will a tar type tape. You will need a heat gun and you have to be very careful. If you bend it even slightly it will not sit flat again.
