We have been battling getting the 4 speed back in the 383 for the life of me It won't go in we have rotated the engine while wiggling it in but what the heck never had this much trouble sucks being on your back. What's the trick here?

Looks like 3rd and 4th is not engaging for some reason its like free play in neutral. Any ideas on what the issue could be before we take it out? The rod is connected and we can see it moving on the trans but it's free as a bird

Who can tell me if the 70 up Cuda either did or did not have the pentastar on the passenger side fender? Was there ever a instance where it was not put on by the factory? Or is it more of a forgot to put it back or didn't want it on after a repaint / body work?
