Im priming my 400 based 512 stroker and not getting any oil pressure while spinning the drill. Its making like a squelching noise while i do it. Do i need to turn the engine over while priming it to get oil to the sensor like with the rockers?

I need to replace the valve springs on my 452s for my 512. Whenever i use the valvespring tool it just lifts the bottom of the spring off the seat and the retainers dont budge. Any ideas on what im doing wrong?

Im going to a external oil pickup because im sick off bending the stock ones when i take them out plus im pretty sure my crank will hit it anyway. Is the plug on the back of the oil pump cover for an external pickup or do i need a different cover?

Nothing is clogged, when i put a fuel jug on top of the tank it pumps out of that but when i hook it up to the tank i get nothing. Theres a good 2-3 gallons in there and the sending unit isnt clogged. Any ideas on whats wrong? Its a 440 70 challenger.
