Definitely high price, I'm sure high twenties would take it. Just thought it was cool and rare. Not a car for the novice with the work it needs, I see a charger but no aar

Cool car and thanks for posting.
Condition does not support asking price.
I think low 20's would be pushing it in that condition!

I agree it's high but you have to remember its an asking price. I'm sure if you showed up with cash and ready to buy you could get him down considerably. How many 383 E-body convertible projects are for sale right now? Try and find another one. I see 318 cars pretty often but N code cars like this and RT's are tough to find.

Let's not get carried away, if you remember this one sold this year for 40k and needed nothing and iirc it was numbers matching. It still stings and it wasn't even mine and not a word from any of you about the color combo.

Mine sold last year for $40K. 71K original miles. 2nd coat of paint, never touched under hood, refreshed interior and NOS top in 1998. Very, very nice original driver. Not in Galen's registry so there are at least 10 in existence. ;)

Thanks and it was heavily option....just like a R/T but still a base car. Was sold new to GE Capital in Mesa AZ back in the day, then was in Texas in the 90s, Florida for a year then the owner I bought it from moved back to Tucson. All very nice solid metal too. It went to Chicago and the guy drives and enjoys it regularly....miss it but love my Hellcat that I bought from the proceeds lots.

The Yellow TA in my photo is like the one I just picked up in Michigan. Was an original Mr. Norm's GSD car new. It is a big project. Collecting NOS metal for the resto.
