Adding the missing fender badge. It is a RT stripe car so I understand it only get challenger badge no RT badge is that correct. I now it lines up the the side marker light the top of the side maker is the bottom of the emblem but how far away from the door gap does the beginning of the emblem start? Any help would be appreciated.

Interesting. The drawing shows adhesive backed Challenger script emblems. My Dec 1970 build Challenger has the pin/nut type emblems.

They must be all over the place from the factory. I have a November 12 assembled Challenger which I believe would have the original front fenders due to the unusual body colour and it has no sign of any holes or filler.
It has the stick on badges.
Although it does have 1970 bucket seats and console.

I believe that in 71 they were transitioning from the pin style to the adhesive style but they would have used whatever was in stock until it ran out so there is no doubt that some 71 cars got the 70 style emblems.

My A66 Challenger with an early A06 SPD came also has the holes drilled for the emblems. Owned since 1979; original fenders!
