For sale is:1971 Challenger project car. Tulsa, Ok. area. $16,500.
This Challenger was a 318/Automatic, vinyl top car. It was stored in a building from 1993 until I bought it in 2015 to build an R/T clone. The body is rust free with original panels except for a new trunk floor, right lower quarter panel patch and a new rear shock cross member. R/T hood. New front and rear valance's. The body is straight but for one ding at the left rear marker light.
The roof, floor pans, and frame rails are solid. The underneath just has flash rust from sitting for decades. The interior is complete but rough. Drum brakes. Tires have never been run on but very old. 14" stock Magnum 500 wheels. The tail light panel isn't broke but missing a couple of reflectors. Grill complete but has a chip at the bumper. Bumpers, body trim and paint in drivers condition. The back window is good. The windshield is cracked. Both in place for storage not sealed. Vinyl top, front/rear glass Stainless is also with the car.
Even though this is a 318 car, a 440cid and an automatic transmission is included. Condition is unknown.
I also have a black 3 speaker dash pad w/o air and door panels included.
There is no fender tag or build sheet. All Vin's match the Oklahoma title. Registration is up to date.
