360 J heads & cc question

Hi, I am building a 1971 340 for my 71 Challenger (not the original engine, this came out of a 340 Duster). The heads that it had on it, which I have no idea if they were original for that block, are 360 J heads which have that cast into them; with the smaller 1.88 intake. I would assume that since the 360 didn't appear until 1971, that these heads are not the original heads. Do Chrysler heads have a way to find the year of casting? The numbers on them are 34891B
But anyway, these are the heads I am using and the other question is, does anyone know offhand what the CC volume was for these heads? They are open chamber design. The pistons I am considering for this engine are DSS Racing Forged FX Series which seem pretty cheap for what they are claiming: a quality forged piston made in the USA. Anyhow, I am not sure what they mean in the specs, -3cc and -16cc. Do these get numbers get taken off the Comb Chamber volume when calculating CR for the engine? Seems like a huge difference -3 compared to -16.

The casting numbers for small-block Mopar a seven-digit number, which is raised, and usually found in one of two locations. The first would be on the top of the intake runner, under the valve cover. The second location is on the underside of the intake runner on the cylinder head.
