Not sure what I'm doing first timer on Cuda dash wiring- is there a separate harness for lift top motor to switch in dash not sure how any of that wires up. I may not have all the parts required. I have the rear wire run up to the drivers side dash area 1 connector goes to rear lights, but the other connector goes to the hydraulic pump is there an intermediate harness or does that go strait to the up down switch ?

Get a hold of a Factory Service Manual for Cuda's on the other site.
For Challengers that answer is on page 87.
One Challengers one pair of wires yellow and brown go from the motor to the front left foot well. Then its another pair, same colors up to the switch.
