70 Heater hose bracket...

I'm looking to confirm the correct heater hose bracket that attaches to the inner fender. The one that is there broke but not sure it was ever robust enough for that purpose. The 1st pic shows what's there and the 2nd pic is what some sites call the correct part, others list it as a wiring strap

Should there be a strap there...???

It's the strap in the first pic. The second loop strap is for the washer hose by the horns.

Ok...the second one looks like 2 hoses would fit in it but it wouldn't sit flush
against the fender because of the shock tower. One of the sponsor sites on here listed for that purpose but classic lists it for wiring like you showing it...thnx
