Well, it is cold outside and my heater on my Challenger does not function. I checked my Dodge manual and it has precious little on it. I will check my Haynes. Do you have a suggestion as to where to start?

what's not working? If it's vacuum operated check the vacuum hose in the engine bay. If it's not getting hot check the valve or maybe it's a core problem

Do you have a thermostat in? If not you will need one, the water may not get hot enough otherwise.
Check water flow first. The hot water flows from the intake manifold through the core and out back to the water pump. Both pipes should feel the same temperature.
The heater core is really a tiny radiator of sorts.
On a Challenger with the standard heater the water flows all the time and cold is a flap adjustment.
Check these flaps they may not be moving to the correct position.

Did you fix this yet?
Make sure the radiator is full. Water level can be too low to flow through the heater, but the engine still runs at proper temp. If thats not the case,
try back flushing the heater core.
How's the weather? We're getting it here in the swamp too.
