I’m in the market for a solution to a bent power steering input shaft on a 72 barracuda. I’m confident I can straighten the shaft if I have to, but I thought I’d ask here if anyone has a serviceable option.
I have 1 from a 71 Cuda that was rebuilt by steer & gear to firm feel specs a few years ago. It is the the big steering arm which was changed in 73. The shipping might be close to a $100. I went to a Borgeson box on the car. I'll let it go for $100, but shipping may be the hard nut to swallow. I'm going to Carlisle on July 9th and could bring it there to save shipping. Let me know.
