Anyone have any thoughts on specs for a 15" Cragar SS that would look period correct? You know how they used to be, deep in the rear. I have a new set of 15x8 for the front, but really want to find that deeper look for the back. And of course avoiding all of those horrible memories I have from bad air shock lines, and chewing up tires that didn't really fit LOL....

Unless you have made suspension mods to the f/e, good luck with 15x8 reverse rims. Reverse wheels deeper than 8" still won't fit in the rear fenderwells unless you go to a custom offset that is more positive than stock. Deep wheels require more space. Offset springs, narrower axle housings, tub widening. Same as before.

moparleo is correct.
The Cragar deep dish look cool in the old school way, but the offset pushes the wheel out further. That used to be solved by putting on air shocks in the old days. (would not recommend now) Can't tell you how many friends ruined either tires, damaged the rims, or distorted the wheel well lip back then.
A lot of considerations to be made in choosing the right wheel to fit correctly.
