I was going to go but high gas prices kinda put a damper on it. Had a friend go and said turnout was down from last year.

I was going to go but high gas prices kinda put a damper on it. Had a friend go and said turnout was down from last year.

I was there. We had 85 show cars, 85 race car entrants and 25+ vendors. It seemed like less, but was very similar to 2021. Show awards were handed out at 11:33am, racing started at 5pm and ended with guaranteed payouts handed out by 9pm. Great event once again! Yes, I believe gas prices kept some folks away, but we still had all surrounding states, Washington State and Georgia participants in attendance......so it doesn't scare everyone. See ya next year! We might figure this in the fall, 1st week of October!
