Yes, heads on the inside and nuts to the outside.I have always had the nuts in the engine bay & the heads in the wheel well .
It makes it easier to do the alignment. Crack the nut and tighten back up. Just piss off the alignment guy and you get a bad job.Yes, heads on the inside and nuts to the outside.
