Hello all,
I have seen mostly e-body convertible top switches with the red dot. But, once in a while I come across one with a blue dot. What is the application difference between them? Are they supposed to be different per year or model?
Thanks,
Paul

My 71 has a blue dot. It is an early build. Most 70's are supposed to be blue. Most 71's are supposed to be red. It is a 4 screw hole mount switch. There are B body switches that are 2 or 3 screw hole mounts being sold as E switches. So beware.

challenger6pak,
Thanks for your reply. I figured it might be a model year thing. I am lucky to have a 1970 Barracuda convertible. It has a switch with a red dot. I wonder if it was switched at some point.
I never noticed that B-body switches were like the E-bodies...Good to know.
:thankyou:

mmissile,
40 years is way too long to not drive it. I hope you get it out on the road again soon.
