Door Panel Carpet Tabs

Hey all. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could get a couple of the steel tabs that hold the carpet trim to the bottom of the door panel. I have attached a picture of the one that is broken. Thanks guys.

I made my own from a piece of tin I had lying around. Took an unbroken one and copied it.
