Engine Compartment Sound Deadening

I have a 70 Barracuda with a 360, stock exhaust manifolds, dual exhaust with TTI mufflers. I insulated/sound deadened the interior/firewall and trunk. I now notice noise from the engine compartment. What can I use to sound deaden the engine compartment? I've seen the hood insulation pads. Is the molded or die cut mats better? Is there something similar to Dynamat I can use? Thanks.
