Extra parts when reassembling 727 valve body

Hey everyone, I have just installed a tf2 shift kit from transgo in the 727 out of my challenger (67 model year trans) and I am left with a piece that I can’t figure out where it seems to go, I have attached photos of the small little piece of steel stock. Any help is appreciated.

it slides over the shaft of the throttle control valve

I figured it out, it slides inside of a little tube as part of the throttle control valve. Thanks!
