Does anyone know if this would be a factory replacement block?
The stamp reads”B497” it’s for a 1970 AAR Cuda. The casting number is correct for a TA car.

The TA cast behind the casting # makes it a TA block
I can't read what is stamped on the Vin pad .
I believe the TA block were available through the parts dept for a short time .

Doesn't a warranty replacement block have a tag on the side of it?
And it will be a blank oil pan pad.
Yes, it has a tag riveted to the side of the block and the oil pan rail pad is blank. My 383 R/T had an engine failure under warranty and was replaced with a factory warrenty short block. I still have the car and engine today with the tag.
