Fender Tag Question

Hi. I know what the big tag is for. Makes me happy to have an N96 car. However, I don't know what the added tag which was attached uunder the Left hand screw to the fender. Does anyone know what it is supposed to tell the factory workers?

I can’t say I’ve seen one exactly like that. Usually the added metal tag attached under the fender tag was for inspectors to leave there mark on as it moves down the line.
So is that Citron Yella?

Yes. It was a Citron Yeller paint job originally. Unformtunately, the previous owner painted it a metalic black. When It gets restored, it will go back to original. Thank you for the reply.
