I am considering installing RMS alterktion kit. Still pondering pros and cons but 1 big problem is that 15x7” rallye wheels with 4.25” backspacing exceed max 3.75” alterktion can handle. From more research, it appears Spacer that big is out of the question but adapter ring that actually keeps same bolt pattern is possibility. Problem is, adapter seem to be at least 1.125 minimum thickness. I was thinking of running 235/60 tires up front. Does anyone have this size installed? At full throw each direction do you think they would still clear fenders etc sufficiently with an extra 1.125 or 1.25”. My car is in pieces so can’t go take a look. Although I had skinnier fronts, from what I recall it seems like there was a lot of room remaining. Still leaning toward stock rebuild but like to have accurate info on options. Thanks.
