Well, I've finally cut the roof off my Challenger. My question is, the roof framing under the drip rails, is there any source that sells the outer section of that horizontal beam above the door area? I've looked all over, and can't find any. It's kind of a tricky section to fab, but I think I can make one out of the old deck filler panel. I bought new drip rails, but they look like they'll take a lot of shaping and shrinking on the flanges to make them fit right. I'm on the wrong computer right now, I'll try to post a pic of the rotted area tomorrow. Thanks!

I had the same issue. Driver side was not too bad but passenger side was terrible. I could not find any part for sale. Not terribly happy with it, but had to patch it to make it structural. Got the drip rails on a few weeks ago. Got the quarters and deck filler welded on last weekend. Hope to get the roof on next week. Also a 71.
