I'm looking at SimplySafe. Anyone got one? What are your thoughts on it or what system are you using and what are you paying for monitoring?

I am a licensed security integrator and I put one of these systems in my mother's house. They are great and easy to install, customer support is great and the equipment is great. Monitoring is very reasonable and equipment costa are great. Highly recommend.

Anything wireless can be easily hacked. Hard wire is the way to go. Wi-fi is simple to install. Wi-fi goes down too often. Watch a couple of YouTube videos on the Simpli -Safe set up before you buy. Of course this is just my opinion. I wired my house when it was built 30 years ago. Never a problem.

2gig is the way to go with the alarm.com interface. You can add many features to it.
