Hood bumper and wiring route

Does anyone know where to get the piece that captures the threaded stud for the hood bumper? And does the wiring go through this rectangular hole? See photo. thanks in advance.

Thanks. I didn't see any other way, but had to ask. Might you know what gets bolted to the threaded integral nuts at the top and bottom of that opening?

The top one is a for the ground for your headlight/front end wiring, the bottom I believe is also a chassis ground. Both get short 1/4-20 bolts from the engine side.

Hmm. On my 71 Challenger, that bottom bolt is for the front of the battery tray.

You are 100% correct. Thank you for the photo. Is the larger negative ground cable from the battery?

It's the ground cable from the front of the engine.
