How to pick which holes to put the headliner bows

Hi Guys, my bows were out of the car when i got it, out of the three holes at each bow end in the body, which hole to I use for installation???? whats the process please

Yes I know the order, that’s not the question, the three holes for each bow give height adjustment, how close to the roof skin are we trying to get? If that’s the goal or outcome only of those holes to choose from or is it something else??

What are you working with ? A 4 or 5 bow headliner ? Do you have the rear bow wires ?

What are you working with ? A 4 or 5 bow headliner ? Do you have the rear bow wires ?

Yes I have the two rear wires and the four bows (still in the old headliner, orange, orange, pink, grey in that order)
