Hello, I am thinking of buying a 70-71 challenger as a project car. I am torn between getting a 70-71 and putting a 440 with 4 speed or buying a new 392 challenger. Where is the best place to find cars? I’ve looked on racing junk, but all it looks like it is all gateway classic cars for sale. I was hoping to spend around 40k when all said and done with the project. Thank you.

Welcome to FEBO from New Jersey

Check out Dodge For Sale | Cars On Line.com | Classic Cars For Sale on the web
They will have a lot of Challengers listed and also have a "projects" menu on the site.
Also, check out the ads here on FEBO
A member (mopar777) has a 440 4 sp Challenger project car for sale here.

Good luck w the search.

If my bank account allowed, I would. Can’t have to many cars right?
