Lubricate horn ring with ?

I am working on my steering column and noticed I put some grease on the horn ring years ago.
Do not remember what I used, I think dielectric grease.
Before I close it up should I put some grease on it and what type ?

Horn connection.Dielectric grease. One thing I should have said. lightly buff up connections . 400 grit or close.
