Missing horn relay

Tested the horn with different power source. It does work, but does'nt work when pushing in center cap on steering wheel. It seems to be missing relay. Is the relay the type that just plugs into the fuse box ? It's for a 1970 se challenger.

This should help; plugs in to top of fuse block

Also, make sure that the wire going to the horn button under the center cap is intact and plugged in to the little tab and making good contact. Just a thought

The pic of the fuse block & relay you showed me is not what I have. You can see in the pic it's different. I do have a 70 challenger

The relay still goes in those top slots - just a different configuration than the pic paharamia posted. Here is my 1970 Challenger fuse block - looks just like yours...

That pic I posted I think is a b body from my file
When I checked mine; same as Grady's
I posted a updated pic of my fuse block above
Grady pic is correct
