Missing Window Seal?

Am I missing a seal around where the top edge of the side windows meet the car? There is some rubber there but there is also the edge of a galvanized metal showing all along all the side windows, which makes me think either the PO installed the wrong seal or something is missing.

Yes, if I remember correctly, the galvanized piece screws directly to the body, over the stainless trim, with a strip of double sided foam tape b/t them, then the rubber goes into the galvanized channel.
